Research on the Influencing Factors of Craftsmanship Spirit Guidance for Counselors in Vocational Colleges

This paper focuses on the craftsmanship spirit of counsellors in vocational colleges, explores its contemporary connotations in depth, analyses the impact of craftsmanship spirit on factors such as work belonging and work engagement, and proposes cultivation paths for the counsellor team’s craftsmanship spirit from aspects such as optimising educational concepts, constructing cultivation systems, strengthening teacher guidance, and creating a favourable atmosphere. The study shows that the craftsmanship spirit of counsellors in vocational colleges has rich contemporary connotations and significant effects on work-related factors. Through effective cultivation paths, the overall quality and work level of the counsellor team can be improved, providing a strong guarantee for cultivating high-quality technical skilled talents.
